Returns & Shipping

Shipping  
We ship all purchases to you free of charge. Your order will usually take one day to process and pack, after which we ship it to you. We send our goods by either Royal Mail recorded or by next day courier. All shipments will require a signature on delivery and usually cannot be left with a neighbour.
We aim to email all of our customers the day their order leaves us, so you can know to expect it.

Returns  
We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. All goods can be returned for a full refund. All we ask is that you return the goods to us, in a condition suitable for them to be returned to stock for re-sale. (This includes all original documents and packaging). We ask that you notify us by email within seven working days of receiving your goods; we will give you a 'returns number' and address.
We will process your return promptly and email you once the product arrives. Your money will be returned to your card or PayPal account very promptly.
We believe in customer service and do our very best to give you the best 'traditional' customer service we can.
