Q. How quickly will I get my order?
A. We take 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order, then ship it by courier to your home. 90% of our deliveries are next day.

Q. What will happen if I am not at home for the delivery.
A. The courier will leave a card. You can ring them and they will come back at a convenient time.

Q. Is delivery really free?
A. Absolutely. Anywhere in the UK is free. We do not secretly add the cost of it to the price of the order.

Q. If I don’t like it, can I send it back?
A. Certainly. We have a 100% satisfaction policy. If you change your mind, then just send it back to us. Send us an email so we know to expect it. Then post it t:

Q. What if my product develops a fault?
A. All products are guaranteed for 12 months against any manufacturing defects. If it breaks (accidental damage excluded) then we will repair or replace it very quickly.
